The Declaration of the South Korean Citizens: The Republic of Korea Proclaims and Emergency
One
Dear 50 million Korean people, and 7.5 million overseas Koreans. Today we declare in a grim manner that the Republic of Korea is in an emergency in the name of all patriotic citizens of this country. Mr. Moon Jae-in has conducted actions counter to his duty as president. President Moon Jae-in promised our nation that he would make a country that one has never experienced before. After two years in power, the Republic of Korea is in the process of an appalling collapse. The world that President Moon Jae-in promised to show is not a world that freedom-loving people can understand.
We assess that President Moon Jae-in is using all the national institutions, such as Cheong Wa Dae (Blue House), police, prosecutors, the National Intelligence Service, the Ministry of National Defense, the National Assembly, and the courts as tools to collapse the country.
The security that seemed to be strong is greatly damaged, and the left wing acts as if they own the world. The economy is plummeting, and the common people are losing hope and committing suicide.
Surprisingly, President Moon Jae-in praised Kim Won-bong, a North Korean insider, at the commemoration ceremony [of the West Sea Battle veterans] on June 6, 2019. [Who] is Kim Wonbong? Kim Won-bong was once the leaders of the Kwangbok army during the Japan’s annexation of Korea. Kim Wong-bong voluntarily went to North Korea and participated in the establishment of the North Korean military, cultivated spies, and procured military supplies for the North Korean military as chief in charge of military affairs during the Korean War. He is a first class war criminal.
So, it is an act of blasphemy against the souls of the war dead who devoted their lives to defend the nation, and it is judged to be a hostile act performed against the Republic of Korea.
In addition, (1) Kim Jong-eun claims that maintaining peace [requires] a strong defense force. In contrast, Moon Jae-in said “what keeps peace is dialogue,” and the article with such a title was put on the front page of the National Defense Daily, a newspaper of the Ministry of National Defense. The military is astonished and alarmed by the “fatal mental disarming act” that completely breaks the will of the soldiers and their warrior spirit.
President Moon Jae-in praised (2) Yun I-sang, a musician born in Tongyeong and active in Germany, who was a top spy loyal to Kim Il-sung. President Moon even brought the remains of Yun I-sang to his native Tongyeong in South Gyeongsang Province for burial. There is another North Korean spy and a calligrapher (3) Shin Young-bok. President Moon told North Korea’s Kim Young-Nam and Kim Yo-jung that he admired Shin Young-bok, as they stood in front of Sin Young-bok’s calligraphy Tong, when they visited South Korea.
Shin Young-bok [also] made the trademark for a [popular brand] of soju liquor. This[admiring a North Korean spy] is not something the President should do. It is [beyond the authority of his position], and it shakes the foundations of the nation.
The president, who should take the lead in safeguarding the country, in fact, has created a national crisis today, in which he is striving to shake the foundations of the nation.
Thus, we declare that the current situation is a national emergency and urge all the people who love freedom to gather in order to prevent the anti-state act of Moon Jae-in.
Two
The reality of Korea is similar to that of 1975 when Vietnam was defeated.
But now the reality of Korea is far more dangerous than Vietnam. It is the same as Vietnam in that the national leadership is corrupt, the people are insincere in national security, the people are deceived by false peace, and spies are spreading throughout the state institutions and society. However, in the case of Vietnam, the President of Vietnam did not praise the spies. However, the Republic of Korea is now praising spies through the President of Korea. This is a serious national emergency.
President Moon Jae-in’s fear politics began with the liquidation of “accumulated ills” (jeokpae cheongsan” [“accumulated ills” or “deep rooted evil” is a euphemism for political opponents]. Jailing numerous politicians, including President Park Geun-hye, President Lee Myung-bak, Kim Ki-chun, and Cho Yoon-sun scared the politicians.
Confining General Park Chan-joo to prison with a lie that he had abused authority and driving to death Lieutenant General Lee Jae-soo, the commander of the Defense Security Command, with pressure shut the military people’s mouths so that no one in the military would be able to protest or challenge [Moon’s] actions.
By imprisoning Yang Seung-tae, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and (5) Park Byeong-dae, Deputy Chief Justice of the Court, [Moon] intimidated judges.
The separation of powers has collapsed, and all the state organs have become [personal] tools of president Moon. Two years after President Moon Jae-in came to power, national security has been seriously weakened. There is a lot of evidence, and we are all witnesses.
The army posts on the DMZ were destroyed and the tank barriers destroyed. North Korea must be notified first even for training a unit or for a helicopter to respond to fire. The west coast Northern Limit Line (NLL) was virtually neutralized.
In order for our Marines on Yeonpyeong-do (island) to carry out K9 self-propelled artillery shooting exercises, it is said that the K9 must be loaded on ships and landed in Incheon and carried to Paju. This ridiculous situation is not what our people wanted.
In 2012, a North Korean soldier defected through the demilitarized zone (DMZ) despite the metal fence. This time, a North Korean wooden boat made its way to Samcheok Port [on the east coast], despite the Navy’s surveillance network. The Navy continues to lie about the situation.
The Moon Jae-in regime is also suspected of smuggling North Korea’s coal. It is also suspected that oil and refined oil have been smuggled into North Korea from the sea. The United States has evidence.
The Moon administration is dismantling nuclear power plants, although nothing is wrong with them. Instead, it is polluting and ruining the mountains and coasts with solar panels. It is worsening the economy with the likes of “income-driven growth” policy and limiting work hours with the mandatory limit of 52-hour per week. Economic indicators are plummeting, and the government is spending money to appease the angry public.
However, the media, which has become a trumpet [a propaganda tool] of the Moon regime, is praising the president every day. The Druking’s compatriots manipulate internet public opinion at will, and public opinion polling agencies are manipulating, rather than gathering, public opinion.

The international situation surrounding Korea is like the geopolitical situation at the end of the Chosun dynasty. At that time, Chosun was going through a self-destruction. In the north of Chosun [Korea], there were the Chinese Qing Dynasty and Russia, and in the south there were the United Kingdom, America, and Japan. Korea should have allied with Britain and the United States, because they had no ambition for [Korean] territory.
However, King Go-jong, Queen Min-bi and the King’s father Daewon-gun all relied on China and Russia. As a result, the Chosun dynasty was finally destroyed. North Korea, China, and Russia are still to the north of the Republic of Korea [today].
To the south is Japan, the United States, and the Western powers.
Of course, we need to be allied with the U.S. and Japan. However, the Moon Jae-in regime seems to be running only to the North.
Therefore, the international society refers to South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in as a spokesman for Kim Jong-un.
In addition, the Moon Jae-in administration quarrels with Japan at every opportunity, while it does not say anything to China despite China’s aggressiveness and retaliatory measures. China is calling for the withdrawal of THAAD from the Korean peninsula. Chinese ships and airplanes are sailing the waters of the West Sea and flying in South Korean airspace like China’s own front yard.
Some say that many Korean politicians are bribed by China, but [it is not limited to that]. There are many who do not know about China’s invasion of Korea. In the name of multicultural and regional development, many Chinese have come to South Korea and are buying up real estate in Jeju-island, Pyeongtaek ,and Incheon, which are strategic hubs. They are forming large Chinatowns, which are seen as providing bases for covert operations. China’s black money has also boosted bitcoin prices and has disturbed real estate prices in Gangnam District in Seoul. A bill is proposed in the National Assembly to grant citizenships to Chinese students graduating from college in Korea. The Korean Peninsula is becoming a colony of China.

Despite the dire situation, there is no political power in this country to defend the Republic of Korea now. The conservative party Liberty Korea Party’s leaders Hwang Gyo-An and Na Kyung-Won do not know what to do with the country that is collapsing. Although the anti-state activities of the Moon Jae-in regime are exposed, they do not protest. Even when the Moon administration and his party’s corruption cases burst in succession, the party does not protest either. No investigation has been conducted either by the special investigation or by the National Assembly.
DruKing revealed that Kim Kyung-soo, a key aide to President Moon Jae-in, manipulated public opinion in the last presidential election. Kim Tae Woo, an investigator at Cheong Wa Dae (Blue House), revealed that a special bureau at the Blue House investigated civilians.
Shin Jae Min, a civil servant, exposed that Cheong Wa Dae (Blue House) put pressure on the [Ministry of Economy and Finance] to issue an additional ₩ 4 trillion [~$3.6 billion] worth of deficit-type government bonds [although it was not needed]. A young Blue House official, Mr. Jeong, told the Chief of the Army to come and go [ordered him around]. It turned out that Jeong lost [hard copy] military personnel records in the process.
Cho Hae-joo, a left-wing person, was appointed to the standing committee of the National Election Commission without the National Assembly hearing. Everyone was surprised and shocked, but the Liberty Korea Party, Hwang Gyo-an, and Na Kyung-won all do not protest about anything.
Why is the “Burning Sun” case unexplained? They fed drugs to and raped women. The police beat the person who reported this case. “Burning Sun” is believed to be the window through which Chinese black money comes into Korea. Why the main police officer, Senior Superintendent Yun Kyu-geun is not caught?
Why [did] the Korea Development Bank (KDB) immediately issue a loan of ₩ 140 billion ($126 million) to the “Wooridul Hospital” just before the presidential election?
Why did they not follow through on the cases of Moon Da-hye [Moon Jae-in’s daughter], Moon Jun-young [Moon Jae-in’s son], Son Seok-hee [JTBC anchor & president], and Son Hye-won [national assemblywoman and close associate of the First Lady]?
Korean Air is a major axis of Korea’s aviation security industry.
Korean Air’s chairman Cho Yang-ho was swept away [forced out of the Korean Air] by the Moon Jae-in regime and died [less than two weeks later]. Why did they keep the death of Chairman Cho Yang-ho a secret?
Hwang Gyo-an and Na Kyung-won [of Liberty Korea Party] recently admitted that 5.18 [Gwangju incident of 1980] was a democratization movement. The Liberty Korea Party, however, enacted a special law last February to investigate the truth regarding the 5.18 last February, saying that it would investigate whether the North Korean military went to Gwangju during the 5.18 [Gwangju incident]. They have not begun to investigate yet, so how can they say 5.18 is a democratization movement [without the investigation]?
Because Hwang Gyo-an and Na Kyung-won are like that, the left-wing parties are pushing for an evil law that will put people in prison for seven years just for mentioning 5.18 [beyond the narrative].
Even though the economy is failing and the lives of the ordinary people are ruined, there is no convincing vision. The Republic of Korea is sinking like the Seweol vessel, but hardly anyone speaks out.
In that case, how is Liberty Korea Party, Hwang Gyo-an, and Na Kyung-won different from the Deobureo Minjoo Party (Democratic Party of Korea)? Foolish lawmakers are accepting the manipulated polls and are dreaming of victory in the general election next April [April 15, 2020], but if they behave that way, they will fail in the general election.
Five
All the people who love freedom should rise up now. The president, who is supposed to defend the country, is neglecting his duty. The so-called conservative right-wing party, which needs to stop the president’s anti-state activities, is not speaking out. In that case, the road has now become clear. We cannot sit and wait for [our] death. We have to get up and fight.
Originally, freedom is defended by blood. We must defeat anti-state actors, hypocrites, and opportunists, protect national security,
rescue the economy, and rescue the majority of the common people, living their painful lives, from the swamp of despair.
Six
We want to appeal to U.S. President Trump and the U.S. Congress.
Just as the United States helped Korea to become independent 74 years ago in 1945, now, please rescue Korea from crisis again.
First, we think that in the United States, even if North Korea completely eliminates nuclear weapons, North Korea should not be awarded gifts.
Before North Korea developed nuclear weapons, the two Koreas were in a military balance. However, North Korea developed nuclear weapons.
If North Korea is given a gift after removing the nuclear weapons, the military balance will still favor North Korea. North Korea will not abandon its nuclear weapons program. We hope that President Trump will remember that and maintain a consistent and firm stance against Kim Jong-un. If President Trump shows friendly behavior toward Kim Jong-un, we are concerned that it could send the wrong signal to South Korean citizens.
In order for South Korea to escape from today’s danger, South Korean citizens must be awakened, and the Moon Jae-in regime must realize that it needs to answer to the people.
This requires rigorous application of principles. We urge the United States to strictly punish the associated Korean organizations involved in importing and exporting coal, oil and refined oil, and violating the United Nations sanctions rules. We also ask for a secondary boycott.

나라를 지키기 위해 일어선 시민들 시국선언,
대한민국은 비상사태임을 선포한다!
1.
친애하는 대한민국 5천만 국민여러분, 그리고 750만 해외 동포 여러분께, 오늘 우리는 비장한 마음으로, 이 나라 모든 애국시민의 이름으로, 문재인 대통령의 그간의 시정은 대부분 대통령으로서의 본분에 어긋났음과 대한민국은 비상사태임을 선포한다.
그동안 문재인 대통령은 우리 국민에게, 한 번도 경험하지 못한 나라를 만들겠다고 약속했다. 그런데 집권 2년여 만에 대한민국은 처참하게 망가지고 있다. 문재인 대통령이 보여주겠다고 약속한 세상은, 자유를 사랑하는 국민들이 납득할 수 있는 그런 세상이 아니라고 판단된다.
문재인 대통령은, 청와대, 경찰, 검찰, 국정원, 국방부, 국회, 법원 등 모든 국가 기관들을 손에 넣고, 이들을 나라를 망치는 도구로 이용하고 있다고 판단된다. 철통같다던 안보는 크게 훼손되었고, 좌익이 세상을 만난 듯 활개치고 있다. 경제는 곤두박질치고 있고, 서민들은 희망을 잃고 줄을 이어 자살하고 있다.
그런데 놀랍게도, 문재인 대통령은 지난 6월 6일 현충일 기념식장에서, 월북 인사인 김인봉을 칭송했다. 김원봉이 어떤 인물인가? 김원봉은 한 때 광복군의 지대장이었는데, 자진 월북하여 북한군 창설에 참여했고, 간첩을 양성해서 남파했고, 6.25 당시에 군수상으로서 남침 북한군을 위해 군수물자를 조달했다. 1급 전범이다.
그래서, 문재인 대통령이, 김원봉을 국군의 뿌리라고 칭송한 것은, 국가를 지키기 위해 목숨을 바친 호국 영령들을 모독하는 행위이며, 대한민국에 대한 공연한 적대행위라고 판단된다.
아울러 김정은은 평화를 지키는 것이 튼튼한 국방력이라고 주장하는데 반해, “평화를 지키는 것은 대화”라는 문재인 대통령의 발언을 국방일보의 1면 톱기사로 게재한 것에 대해 국군들은 전투의지를 완전히 꺾는 “치명적인 정신적 무장해제행위”라며 경악을 금치 못하고 있습니다.
문재인 대통령은 그동안, 경남 통영출신의 음악가로서, 독일에서 활동하며 김일성에게 충성하던 거물 간첩인 윤이상을 칭송하고, 윤이상의 유골을 통영에 가져와 묻어주었다. 또 문재인 대통령은 북한의 김영남, 김여정이 청와대를 방문했을 때에, 소주 처음처럼의 로고를 썼다고 하는, 간첩 신영복이 쓴 서화 통(通)자 앞에 서서, 신영복을 존경한다고 말했다.
위와 같은 행위는, 대통령이 해도 되는 일이 아니다. 권한 밖의 일이며, 국가의 근간을 흔드는 것이다. 나라를 지키는데 앞장서야 할 대통령이, 오히려 국가의 근간을 흔드는 행위를 감행하는 오늘은, 실로 국가적 위기다. 그래서 우리는, 현 상황이 국가적 비상사태임을 선포하면서, 자유를 사랑하는 모든 국민들이, 힘을 모아서, 문재인 대통령의 반(反) 국가적 행위를 저지하는 일에 나설 것을 촉구한다.

한국의 현실은, 1975년 월남 패망 당시와 유사하다고 말했다. 하지만 지금 한국의 현실은 월남보다 훨씬 더 위태롭다. 국가 지도층이 부패한 것, 국민이 국가 안보에 무심한 것, 국민이 거짓 평화에 속고 있는 것, 간첩들이 국가 기관과 사회 곳곳에서 활개치고 있는 것은 똑 같지만, 당시 월남의 경우는 대통령이 간첩들을 칭송하지는 않았다. 그런데 우리나라는 지금 대통령이 간첩을 칭송하고 있다. 국가적 비상사태다.
문재인 대통령의 공포정치는 적폐청산으로부터 시작되었다. 박근혜 대통령, 이명박 대통령, 김기춘, 조윤선 등 정치인들을 줄줄이 감방에 잡아넣고, 부패한 정치인들을 겁박했다. 공관병에게 갑질했다는 거짓말로 박찬주 장군을 감방에 가두고, 이재수 전)기무사령관을 압박하여 죽음으로 몰아, 군의 입에 재갈을 물렸다. 양승태 전)대법원장과 박병대 전)법원행정처장 등을 구속해서, 법관들을 협박했다. 3권 분립은 무너졌고, 국가기관은 모두 문재인 대통령의 수족이 되었다.
그리고 문재인 대통령 집권 2년여 만에 안보가 뿌리째 뽑히고 있다. 수많은 증거들이 널려있고, 우리 모두가 증인이다. 휴전선 DMZ의 국군 초소들이 파괴되었고, 탱크저지장벽들이 허물어 졌고, 부대가 훈련을 하거나 소방 헬기가 뜨려는 경우에도, 먼저 북한에 통지를 해야 한다. 서해안 NLL이 사실상 무력화되었고, 연평도의 우리 병사들이 K9 자주포 사격 연습을 하려면, 포를 배에 싣고 인천에 상륙해서 파주에서 실시한다고 한다. 이런 우스꽝스런 짓거리는 우리들 국민들이 바라던 것이 아니지 않은가. 2012년에는 북한 병사가 휴전선 철조망을 뚫고 노크 귀순을 했는데, 이번에는 해군 감시망을 뚫고, 북한 목선이 삼척항에 노크 귀순을 했다. 해군은 거짓말을 줄줄이 늘어 놓았다.
문재인 정권은 또, 북한의 석탄을 밀수입했다는 의혹을 받고 있다. 석유와 정제유를 해상에서 북한에 밀수출했다는 의혹도 받고 있다. 미국이 증거들을 가지고 있다.
멀쩡한 원전을 폐기하고, 태양광 발전을 한다면서 산과 들과 해안을 오염시키고 있다. 소득주도성장이니, 주52시간제니 하여, 어려운 경제의 숨통을 더욱 쥐고 있다. 경제 지표들은 곤두박질치고 있고, 문재인 정권은 성난 서민들을 달래기 위해 마구 돈을 뿌리고 있다.
하지만, 정권의 나팔수로 전락한 미디어들은 연일 대통령 찬가를 늘어놓고 있다. 드루킹의 후예들은 인터넷 여론을 마음대로 조작하고, 여론 조사 기관들은, 여론을 조사하는 것이 아니라 조작하고 있다.
3.
한국을 둘러싼 국제정세는 구한말 그것과도 같다. 당시 조선은 스스로 망해가고 있었는데, 조선의 북쪽에는 청나라와 러시아가 있었고, 남쪽에는 영국, 미국과 일본이 있었다. 조선은 영국, 미국과 손을 잡아야 했다. 영국과 미국은 영토에 대한 야심이 없기 때문이다. 그런데 고종과 민비와 대원군은 모두 중국과 러시아를 의지했다. 그래서 결국 망하고 말았다.
지금도 대한민국의 북쪽에 북한과 중국과 러시아가 있다. 남쪽에는 일본과 미국과 서구 열강이 있다. 당연히 미국, 일본 등과 손을 잡아야 한다. 그런데 문재인 정권은 북으로만 달려가고 있다고 판단된다. 그래서 국제사회는 문재인 대통령을 북한 김정은의 대변인이라고 놀리고 있다.
또 문재인 정권은, 일본에는 사사건건 시비하면서, 중국에는 얻어맞고도 찍소리도 못한다. 중국은 한반도에서 사드를 철수하라고 요구하고 있다. 중국의 배와 비행기가 서해바다를 자기 앞마당처럼 마음대로 휘젓고 다니고 있다.
한국 여야 정치인들 다수가 중국에 매수되었다는 설도 있는데, 여하튼 중국의 한국 침략에 대해서는 잘 모르는 이가 많다. 다문화와 지역개발이라는 미명 하에 중국인들이 대거 몰려와서, 전략적 요충인 제주와 평택과 인천에서 부동산을 사들이고, 대규모 차이나타운을 형성하고 있는데, 공작을 위한 거점을 마련하고 있는 것으로 해석된다. 또 중국의 검은 돈들이 비트코인 가격을 폭등시켰고, 강남의 부동산 가격을 교란하고 있다. 중국유학생이 한국에서 대학을 마치면 곧 국적을 주겠다는 법안도 발의되어 있다. 한반도는 중국의 식민지가 되어가고 있다.

그런데, 이 나라에 지금, 자유 대한민국을 지키겠다는 정치 세력이 없다. 보수우익 정당이라는 자유한국당과 황교안, 나경원 등은 나라가 망해가고 있는데, 아무런 생각이 없다. 문재인 정권의 반국가적 행위들이 드러났는데도, 추궁하지 않는다. 부패 사건이 연달아 터져도 어느 것 하나 물고 늘어지지 않는다.
지난 대선에서 문재인 대통령의 측근인 김경수가 여론을 조작했다고 드루킹이 폭로했다. 청와대 김태우 수사관은 특별감찰반이 민간인을 사찰했다고 폭로했다. 신재민 사무관은 청와대가 4조원 규모의 적자 국채를 추가 발행하도록 압력을 넣었다고 폭로했다. 32세 정모 청와대 행정관은 육군참모총장을 오라가라 했는데, 그 과정에서 군 인사자료를 잃어버렸던 사실이 드러났다. 중앙선관위 상임위원에 좌익 조해주가 임명되었다. 모두가 경천동지할 사건들인데, 자유한국당과 황교안, 나경원은 어느 것 하나 물고 늘어지지 않는다.
버닝썬 사건은 또 왜 말이 없는가? 여성들에게 마약을 먹이고 강간했다. 이것을 고발한 의인을 경찰이 팼다. 버닝썬은 중국의 검은 돈들이 한국에 들어오는 창구로 추정되고 있다. 그런데 주범인 윤규근 총경이 붙잡혀가지 않는 것은 무엇 때문일까?
대선 직전에 산업은행이 우리들 병원에 1,400억원이라는 거금을 부당 대출한 사건은 왜 추궁하지 않는가? 문다혜, 문준영, 손석희, 손혜원 사건에는 왜 꼬리를 내렸는가?
대한항공은 우리나라 항공 안보 산업의 주축이다. 그런 대한항공의 조양호 회장이 문재인 정권에게 휘둘리다가 죽고 말았다. 조양호 회장의 죽음을 왜 방관하였나?
황교안, 나경원은 최근에 5.18이 민주화운동이라고 인정했다. 그런데 자유한국당은 지난해 2월에 5.18진상조사 특별법을 제정하면서, 5.18에 북한군이 왔는지 조사하겠다고 그랬다. 그리고 아직 조사에 착수하지도 않았는데, 5.18은 민주화운동이라니 웬 말인가? 황교안, 나경원이 저 모양이니까, 좌익 정당들은, 5.18에 대해 입만 벙긋해도 7년 감옥에 처넣는 악법을 만들겠다고 벼르고 있다.
경제가 파탄 나고, 서민들의 삶이 망가지고 있는데도, 납득할만한 어떤 비전도 제시하지 못하고 있다. 대한민국이 세월호처럼 침몰하고 있는데, 아무도 입을 여는 자가 없다.
그렇다면 자유한국당과 황교안, 나경원은 민주당과 무엇이 다른가. 어리석은 자들은, 조작된 여론조사 결과를 받아들고, 내년 4월 총선에서의 승리를 꿈꾸고 있다. 하지만 저렇게 놀아서는, 총선은 보나마나 필패다.
5.
자유를 사랑하는 국민 모두는 이제 궐기해야 한다. 나라를 지켜야할 대통령이 본분을 망각하고, 반국가적 행위를 저지해야할 소위 보수우익 정당이 입을 닫고 있다. 그렇다면 이제 남은 길은 분명해졌다. 앉아서 죽음을 기다릴 수는 없다. 일어나서 싸워야 한다. 본래, 자유는 피로써 지키는 것이다. 반국가적행위자들과 위선자, 기회주의자들을 물리치고, 국가안보를 구하고, 경제를 구하고, 국민의 절대다수인 서민들의 고통스런 삶을 절망의 늪에서 구출해야 한다.

차제에 우리는, 존경하는 미국의 트럼프 대통령과 미국 의회에 호소하고자 한다. 74년 전인 1945년에 한국이 독립하도록 도와주신 것처럼, 이제, 다시 한 번 한국을 위기에서 건져주시기 바란다.
먼저, 북한이 핵을 완전 제거하는 경우에도 북한에 어떤 선물이든 주어서는 안 된다고 생각한다. 북한이 핵을 개발하기 전에, 남북은 군사적으로 균형을 이루고 있었다. 그런데 북한이 핵을 개발했다. 그런데 그 핵을 제거한다 하여, 어떤 선물을 준다면, 균형이 깨지는 것이다.
그리고, 트럼프 대통령께서는, 북한 김정은은 결코 핵무기를 포기하지 않는다는 것을 명심해 주시고, 김정은에 대해 일관되게 단호한 입장을 견지해 주시기를 바란다. 트럼프 대통령의 김정은에 대한 우호적인 표현은 다수 한국 국민들을 잘못 인도할 수 있어, 우려되기 때문이다.
그리고 한국이 오늘의 위험에서 벗어나려면, 국민이 잠에서 깨어나야 하고, 문재인 정권이 국민 무서운 것을 알아야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 원칙의 엄격한 적용이 필요하다. 석탄과 석유, 정제유 등을 밀수출입하여, 유엔의 대북제재 규정을 위반한 한국의 관련기관들을, 엄격하게 처벌해 주시기를 간절히 요청한다. 또 세컨더리 보이콧도 단행해 주시기를 간절히 요청한다.
