Pres. Moon: North Korea Took Irreversible Measures, the Only Thing We Did Was to Stop the Exercise, Stalling Negotiations

President Moon explained, “until now, North Korea has practiced a number of measures in a sincere way, but the U.S. hasn’t done anything else other than just stopping the ROK-U.S. military exercise.  Each action taken by North Korea is irreversible, but (isn’t it true) our (ROK-U.S.) military exercise can restart anytime.  So it seems that in order for North Korea to take additional measures, the U.S. should take corresponding measures.”
