[Note:  Starting 1:44, the person refreshes the website repeatedly during a 4 minute period to show what is happening to the support numbers.  As time goes, the number should go up, not down, because after agreeing, there is no option to back out. The numbers, however, go up as well as down.  Sometimes, the numbers do not change (although they have been going up rapidly) or the website is not accessible.
