The South Korea-North Korea military agreement signed in Pyongyang on 2018-9-19 between the Republic of Korea (ROK) Minister of Defense SONG Young-moo and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Minister of People’s Armed Forces (MPAF) Korean People’s Army General NO Kwang-chol.
